About MintyBricks
What We Do
MintyBricks publishes MintyBrief — a daily curated digest of everything happening across the LEGO brick web. We aggregate news from 14+ blog sources and 24+ YouTube channels, add original editorial commentary, and deliver it in a single clean page every day.
We also track deals below MSRP, monitor set retirements, publish building technique articles in Skill Issues, and share editorial takes in Spearmint.
Our Philosophy
No ads. We don’t run advertising. MintyBricks is a passion project, not a media business.
No tracking. We don’t use analytics cookies, pixel trackers, or user profiling. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides anonymous aggregate traffic data — that’s it.
Sources always attributed. Every story links back to every source. Every YouTube video links to the creator. Every headline is the actual source headline. We don’t rewrite other people’s work as our own — we curate, contextualize, and credit.
Opinions always original. When we have a take, it’s clearly labeled as a “Minty Take” and it’s our own editorial perspective, never a rewording of someone else’s opinion.
Attribution & Sources
We believe the LEGO community thrives when creators get credit. Our digest format is designed to drive traffic to source sites and creators, not away from them. We use RSS-only summaries (never full-text scraping), link to every original piece, and show creator names prominently.
If you’re a LEGO blogger or YouTuber and would like to be included in our daily digest, or if you have questions about how we use your content, reach out at hello@mintybricks.com.
The Name
Minty comes from the signature #00E6A0 green that’s been our brand color since day one. Brick because, well, it’s LEGO. MintyBricks.
