LEGO Paints Its Biggest Masterpiece, Then Beams Into Comic-Con

Jay's Brick Blog counts 21 LEGO Ideas sets now in production, and this week's review results only add to the queue: Naruto, Hollow Knight, Bob's Burgers, Jumanji, Universal Monsters, Kimonos, and an iMac G3 all cleared the 10,000-vote threshold. A few years ago, a handful of approvals a year was typical. The backlog now stretches into 2027.

Ninjago's 15th anniversary is stacking up: a True Ninja Trials experience at two LEGOLAND Discovery Centres through September, a cooperative Destiny's Bounty Adventures board game with an exclusive Nya minifigure, and the back half of Dragons Rising season 4 teased for later this year. Expect the anniversary push to keep surfacing across sets, media, and events through the fall.

Saved Pieces builds on the upload-list feature LEGO added to Pick a Brick back in 2024, but the rollout pattern hasn't changed: US and GB shoppers get it first, while StoneWars reports a German beta still in testing. If the upload list is any guide, a wider release could take months, not weeks.
